I work with motivated adults who are struggling with overeating that leads to unwanted weight gain, blood sugar and cholesterol issues. I help people gain a sense of control and confidence in food choices, reach their healthy weight, reduce medication and feel energized to live life to the fullest.
We will focus on:
Gaining confidence in your food choices and finding the right portions.
Learning and mastering to be in charge over your food choices.
Putting a stop to the constant thoughts about what you should or shouldn’t be eating and ditch the guilt that come with these thoughts.
Enjoying food again!
Freeing up your mind from overwhelming thoughts about food, diets and weight to investing your energy in living your life.

Please note: My coaching programs aren't appropriate for people struggling with active eating disorders (i.e. those who are engaging in dangerous behaviors such as purging, or those who are engaging in food restriction or bingeing once a week or more). If you have an eating disorder, please see the National Eating Disorders Association for referrals instead.
An initial consultation is usually 60-90 minutes. This is where we get to know each other. This session could be jam-packed with nutrition education if you are purely seeking information. Or it may be the start of many sessions we will share as you begin your journey towards better health.
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION
Guidance and Support
Follow-up session may be 30-60 minute long. These sessions are for me to check on your progress. This is where you may share what is working and what is not, and from there, together, we will create reasonable goals to work on until we meet again. Follow-up consultations are highly encouraged, especially for weight management clients. Truly sustainable weight loss is not something that can be achieved in a short period of time. I can be your support and knowledge adviser throughout this important journey towards feeling better and becoming healthier!
