HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact us for an in-person office or online video appointment. Our services are covered by most insurances.

2. We will touch basis over the phone regarding your medical and nutrition needs prior to setting up an appointment. We will ask for your insurance policy and member number at this time.

3. We schedule our appointment. We check your insurance coverage prior to your appointment, and email you some forms to get started.

4. During your appointment, you will receive an individualized nutrition plan from your Dietitian, and schedule follow up appointments every 2-4 weeks as needed.
